Final adjustment shall be made on completion of the rental. Major Cards like VISA and MASTER are accepted.  Extension of Rental: Extension of rent must be arranged in advance beyond the termination date and required additional rental  paid.  Fees: The user will be responsible for all parking charges, traffic fees incurred during the period of vehicle used.  Loss & damages: We take all the responsibilities for any kind of losses and damages of vehicle to avoid the hassle to the customer.  Over time charge: Normal duty hour for above are 0900 hours to 1700 hours. Before 0900 and after 1700 hours will be count as over time. Over time rate is US$ 1/hour for all vehicles.  Other: If the vehicle is used for beyond the above condition i.e. out of Kathmandu valley then an extra charge shall be applied as destination based rate. All Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Use of Air-condition: Above mentioned rates are non air condition base, so incase of use of air- condition, there will be an extra charge of 25% in above amount. Over time charge: If the uses of vehicle is differ than specified duty hour, then extra hours will be count as over time.
